Registry IDs look like HM-REG-2025-00127. You will be redirected to the official record for that ID.

Tip: If you scanned a QR code, you may already be on the correct record.
If the record details do not match the certificate (Registry ID, creator, title, date), treat the certification as invalid.

What a record includes

  • Registry ID and certification status (valid or revoked if applicable)
  • Creator name (or rights holder)
  • Work title and type (photo, song, book, video, film, etc.)
  • Certification date
  • A short declaration confirming no generative AI was used to create the work itself
